Sole to Spine Ever wonder how the feet should be placed on the bar or in the strap when seeing misaligned feet? Or how you can shift the alignment easily to achieve the movement function desired? Discover how the feet influence the spine and pelvis while standing, walking and non-weight bearing, as we do in many of the Pilates exercises. See how the feet can improve core function. Help your clients with feet issues with proper attention to the feet throughout their Pilates session. The two day workshop will explore anatomy and function of the feet up through the pelvic-lumbar junction. You will identify and assess the movement function and dysfunction of the bones in this area through palpation, observation and movement. Learn easy corrective techniques using the Pilates apparatus, props and your hands. Come and ask those questions you have always thought about but didn't have the opportunity to ask.
